Ferrari recently announced that their 2007 World Championship contender will be launched on the 14th of January. The car will be unveiled at the team’s Maranello facility, although the machine may not actually show up at this time. A Ferrari spokesperson stated that the new car would indeed be launched, although the machine itself may not be involved in the event.
The car will however be on display for it’s first ever outing at the team’s Fiorano test track on the following day, the 15th of January when it will be demonstrated by Felipe Massa. Why then will the car not be ready one day earlier, or why would the simply not delay the launch?
We have no clue, no one does, except for Ferrari. Ferrari is also being a bit mysterious when it comes to the public seeing the car. Apparently no photographers will be allowed to shoot the car, and only official Scuderia photographs will be available.
