Officine Panerai Shows Off Ferrari-Inspired Watches During British Motor Show

Ferrari WatchOfficine Panerai is revealing to us their latest collection of the Ferrari Engineered watches at the British International Motor Show. Over the years Ferrari has had the opportunity to license its name to some of the best watchmakers.

In 2006 Italian watchmaker Officine Panerai took the licensing agreement away from Girard Perregaux and since that time they have created 19 Ferrari inspired models. This year they have created four new models that will please everyone.

The model range is broken down into Scuderia and Granturismo collections and a number of Ferrari styling hints are dropped on the watches; Panerai says the centered Prancing Horse, taillight-inspired pushers, case profile, and convex crystal (designed to emulate a Ferrari rear window) all draw homage to the Italian automaker.

The latest additions to the Officine Panerai Ferrari Engineered lineup are a Ferrari 10 Days GMT, Ferrari 8 Days Chrono Monopulsante GMT Classic, Ferrari 1/8 Second, and Ferrari Chronograph (pictured). The only downside? The cost. You’ll be shelling out anywhere from 8,900 pounds ($17,788) for the Ferrari 10 Days GMT to a full 28,300 pounds ($56,563) for the Ferrari Chronograph.
